Management Reports
Our back office system is fully integrated with our computerized reservations system and functions to capture data useful for timely, accurate management report generation. This system interfaces with Protravel’s proprietary reporting software, allowing us to generate the industry’s most advanced travel management reports.
Protravel employs a number of proprietary software programs for generating highly customizable management reports, allowing us to present the information in the way that best suits our clients’ needs:
Cross Fire - A highly sophisticated "post-ticketing" program allowing us to generate detailed travel management reports.
Cross Check - A highly sophisticated "pre-ticketing" program allowing us to generate detailed travel management reports.
GLOBAL MATRIX - There are three distinct components:
- A financial / accounting component
- A relational database component
- A Report Generator Component
Reports are generated in various media (disc, paper, tape, email) and emailed to our clients.
Management reports are run by the 10th of the month and include the data for the preceding month. The data is presented in the manner which best suits individual clients, such as hard copy, detailed graphical reports, by email, on disk, on tape, or in Lotus, Excel, Quattro Pro or tab delimited ASCII. All reports are customizable and are designed by our MIS department with input from clients.
Protravel is able to provide travel data to provide any breakdown required. Currently we provide reports for clients who need travel expenditures breaking down by many categories, including, but not limited to, individual traveler, department, division, region, job number, matter number, client number, etc.
