Deposits:
In order to reserve and hold space for land and golf arrangements, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the land package price is required at the time of the booking.

Final Payments:
The balance of the total cost is due no later than 60 days before departure. ProGolf Travel accepts payment by personal check or money order made payable to our parent company Protravel International.

Travel Insurance: We recommend that golfers take out travel insurance.

All Major Credit Cards are accepted.



Cancellations:
Notification of any cancellations must be made in writing and forwarded by certified registered mail to ProGolf Travel (PGT) as soon as possible. If a trip or package is canceled by the company (PGT), all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Otherwise, cancellation charges apply as follows, to each traveler.

Land Arrangements:
Cancellations made 60 days to 31 days prior to trip departure,
a charge of 50% of the total trip cost.
Cancellations made within 30-15 days prior to trip departure,
a charge of 75% of the total trip or package cost.
Cancellations made within 14 days or less of trip departure, No refund.
No refund will be made for any unused portion of a trip Itinerary.
