Dressing Tips:
The weather in the British Isles is most unpredictable. Generally,
medium to heavy weight clothing will be appropriate daytime wear
along with a sweater / wind-cheater or light waterproof jacket.
A good comfortable pair of walking shoes is a must. Rain is quite
common throughout Scotland & Ireland, so bring along a strong
umbrella and rainproof gear suited for golfing.
In a typical
round of golf one can experience changeable weather so unfortunately
you have to be prepared for the unknown in a matter of minutes.
It is also a good idea to pack a wool / ski type hat to keep your
ears warm because you just never know what the temperature is
going to be like especially if the wind is blowing in from the
sea. It is also a good idea to purchase water-proof gripping gloves
so that if your clubs get wet you can still keep your grip.
Depending
on your hotel you should always be prepared to adhere to dress
codes. Please note that dress codes not only apply in hotel restaurants
but also in many of the golf course clubhouses. However, please
ask your representative for clearer instructions before your departure.
Most places today adhere to a "business casual" attire with only
a few exceptions requiring jacket and tie for the men and dinner
wear for ladies.

Miscellaneous:
Electrical
appliances run off 220 volts. If you decide to bring your own,
check to see if they are compatible or an adapter is available.
Each traveler
will no doubt experience many different elements depending on
when and exactly where you travel. These tips will hopefully provide
you with some insight of what to expect so that you will be able
to prepare the proper attire on so on. If there was any topic
that we may have overlooked or that you have additional questions
to be answered, please contact us immediately.
